Record a session from the treatment map
- Click a dot or a card on the patient's map to record the next session on that course, with the product, batch, expiry, units or ml, dilution, wastage, needle or cannula, depth and side.
- Draw where the needle went on the same picture; the drawing is the quantity, and it shows on the map next time.
- A prescription-only session cannot be marked done without its batch and expiry, and an expired product cannot be recorded as used — refused in the database, not the screen.
- The capillary-refill check after a filler, with the occlusion protocol on screen when it fails.
- A Scheduled register page: every batch used, by patient and injector, with a recall lookup and a CSV export.

Before-and-after photographs, with the consent that goes with them
- Take a photograph from the patient's file. The camera shows the last picture at that angle as a ghost, so the after lines up with the before.
- Slide a before over an after at the same angle.
- Photographs live in a private vault, never on the phone's camera roll, and are opened by short-lived links only.
- Two separate consents: one for the record, one for the public. Withdrawing the public one is recorded with the date and how the patient asked, and the file says 'record only' from then on.

The Business page, the Pipeline and the Clinic Score
- Business: cash in by month with a target line, what sells by treatment category, a runway dial, and money owed as treatment shown as a liability. Every number the page divides by is yours to edit.
- Ask the numbers: type a plain question and get an answer from the page's own figures. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- Pipeline: enquiry, consult booked, consulted, quoted, booked, treated. Drag cards between columns; a card that has sat too long turns amber.
- The dashboard opens with a Clinic Score out of 100 and the four things that would raise it most, each with a button that goes where it is fixed.
- A monthly report card as a picture, totals only, to send wherever a picture goes.
- Ctrl K jumps to any page, action or patient.

Print tomorrow's day sheet
- Schedule has a Day sheet button: one printable page per clinician with times, patients, file numbers, contact numbers and an allergy warning line.
- Print it at the end of each day and the clinic keeps running even if the internet, the site or the database is unavailable.
- Cancellations and no-shows are left off, and there is a ruled column to write in.

Take your data out whenever you want
- Settings now has an Export page: patients, notes, scripts, results, appointments and billing, each downloadable as a CSV any other system can read.
- There is no lock-in and nothing to request — the records are the practice's, and they are one click away.
- Exports are admin-only and every download is recorded in the audit trail.

Prescribing now checks the patient's allergies
- Writing a script for something a patient is recorded as allergic to is now stopped before it is issued — by name, and by drug class (a penicillin allergy flags amoxicillin).
- The prescriber can still go ahead when it is clinically right, but must record why; that reason is saved to the patient's record together with the exact warning that was shown.
- The check runs on the server, so it cannot be clicked past or bypassed.

Appointment reminders — built and ready to switch on
- Reminders by SMS or email, on a cadence the practice controls (for example 48 hours and 3 hours before the visit).
- Each patient chooses their preferred channel — or opts out — on their file.
- Reminder messages never contain clinical details.
- Sending is not switched on yet. Until the practice enables it, please keep noting your appointment time when you book — do not wait for a reminder.

Medical-aid claims: submit, track and fix rejections
- Claims are lodged electronically and adjudicated with scheme-style response codes.
- Rejected claims land on a fix-list with the reason spelled out — correct the detail and resubmit without retyping anything.
- A cash-flow dashboard shows outstanding, awaiting-scheme, rejected and collected-this-month at a glance.

Switch practice software in an afternoon
- Import your patient list from GoodX, Healthbridge or any spreadsheet — with a dry-run that shows exactly what will happen before anything is written.
- A five-step getting-started checklist tracks practice details, team, security, patients and online booking.
Improved22 July 2026
Afrikaans throughout the patient journey
- Online booking, check-in, the patient portal and all consent notices are now fully bilingual (English / Afrikaans).
- The portal follows each patient's preferred language automatically.
Improved22 July 2026
Allergy alerts in the consult room
- A sticky patient bar keeps identity and active allergies visible while the clinician writes notes — a red pill you cannot scroll away from.
New22 July 2026
Secure messages and easier sign-in for patients
- Patients can message the practice from the portal; staff work from a shared inbox.
- Portal sign-in now works with a one-time email code — no password to remember.
- Patients can confirm 'I'll be there' and add appointments to their phone calendar.
New22 July 2026
Digital check-in with consent e-signature
- Booked patients complete their details, upload their medical-aid card and sign the POPIA privacy notice and treatment consent before they arrive.
- Reception registers the patient from the check-in in one click.
New22 July 2026
Online booking that cannot double-book
- Patients book from the practice website in under a minute.
- Double-booking is impossible at the database layer, not just in the diary screen.
Security22 July 2026
See who accessed your record
- Patients can see every access to their record from the portal — who, when and why.
- A plain-language privacy explainer is public, so you can read how your data is treated before handing any of it over.
Security22 July 2026
Two-factor authentication and production hardening
- Staff accounts support authenticator-app 2FA, enforced all the way down to the database.
- Idle sessions sign out automatically; passwords are checked against known breach lists.
New21 July 2026
The practice goes online
- Patient records, SOAP consult notes, problems, allergies, medications and vitals — dated, timed and attributable, the HPCSA way.
- Appointments, invoicing with scheme rates, e-prescribing, lab results with doctor-reviewed release, and a patient portal.
- POPIA-compliant by design: least-privilege roles, encryption everywhere, every record access audited.
